How to stay healthy while traveling
Because you spend most of your time outdoors, it is easy to carry bacteria when traveling. Wash your hands every hour or so, preferably before eating. If you think you cannot get soap or water in your destination, please bring wet wipes and hand sanitizer with you.

Therefore, instead of taking public transportation to reach a fair walking distance, it is better to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful environment. It also keeps you cognitively busy, which helps you sleep better at night.
