Stay Hydrated 


It's easy to become dehydrated while travelling, so drink as much water as you can. It's an excellent habit to start your day with a large glass of water before breakfast. Additionally, carry a water bottle with you at all times while travelling. Furthermore, try to stay away from tap water as much as possible because it may not be suitable for you and may make you sick.


Eat Breakfast 


Being the most important meal of the day, breakfast becomes even more vital when you're travelling. Instead of kicking off your day with an empty stomach, try taking a healthy breakfast before you begin your day's activities.

Wash Your Hands 


Because you'll be spending the majority of your time outside, it's easy to pick up germs and bacteria when travelling. Wash your hands every other hour or so, and preferably before eating. If you don't think you'll have access to soap or water at your tourist destination, bring wet wipes and hand sanitiser with you.
